Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of any advisory engagement, which are agreed separately and in writing.

Who we are
This website is operated by Aigle Limited, a corporate finance and business advisory firm registered in Nigeria, with offices at 28, Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Aigle", they mean Aigle Limited. Where they say "you", they mean anyone using this site.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
This site is information, not advice
Everything on this site is published for general information. It describes the kinds of work we do and the way we work. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to take or avoid any particular course of action.
Advice from Aigle is specific to a business, follows a diagnostic review, and is given under a signed engagement. Nothing you read here is a substitute for that, and you should not act on it without taking advice on your own circumstances.
Reading this site does not make you a client
Using this site, sending us an enquiry, or having an initial conversation does not create an advisory relationship between us. That relationship begins only when both sides have agreed the scope of work in writing.
Please do not send us confidential information through this site before an engagement is agreed. If you need to share sensitive financial information, tell us first and we will arrange a secure route.
No offer of securities or investment
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or financial instrument. Descriptions of debt, equity and working capital facilities explain services we provide to clients; they are not offers of funding, and they are not a promise that funding will be available or approved.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. Figures, timelines and minimum amounts described here are indicative and may change. Anything that matters to a decision should be confirmed with us directly.
Our content
The text, articles, photography, logos, marks and design of this site belong to Aigle Limited or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read, download and print pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish our material commercially, present it as your own, or use our name or marks without written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites, including our own social media profiles. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it, including lost profits, lost business, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
