Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do. Discretion is the product here, so this policy is deliberately short: this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking of any kind.

Who is responsible for your data
Aigle Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are at 28, Raymond Njoku Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria, and you can reach us at info@aigleltd.com. This policy is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What this site does not do
It is easier to start here, because it is most of the answer:
- This site sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording.
- It does not track you across other websites, and it does not build a profile of you.
- It shows no advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
What we collect
When you contact us, by email or by using the enquiry form, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry. We only ask for what we need to hold a first conversation.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs so the site can be served and kept secure. These include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. They are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure, not by anything we have added to the site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use enquiry details to reply to you, to arrange and hold an initial conversation, and to decide together whether an engagement makes sense. The lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in keeping our site secure.
We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Confidentiality
Financial information clients share with us is handled in confidence and stays within Aigle. We do not disclose it to lenders, investors or any third party except on your instruction, for a specific purpose you have agreed, or where the law requires it.
Engaging us does not expose your financial position to the market. If an engagement involves approaching funding partners, we agree in advance what is shared and with whom.
Who else sees it
Our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf so the site runs and messages reach us. They act on our instructions and may store data outside Nigeria. Beyond that, and beyond disclosures the law requires, personal data from this site is not shared.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only for as long as we have a legitimate or legal reason to hold them, such as records of an engagement. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete data where we no longer have a reason to keep it.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
Write to info@aigleltd.com and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you, and we keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting little is the most reliable protection there is.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything to the site that collects data differently, this policy will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top of this page will change.
